1) Simple Property - £85 per property - Up to & inc 3 Bedrooms
2) Complex Property - £110 per property - Four & Five Bedrooms, & any property with room in roof or dormers
3) Renovation Consult £329 - Thinking of renovating? Don't let your efforts backfire on your EPC. Many investors and renovators unknowingly make decisions that cost thousands (even tens of thousands!) in wasted, unprovable, or even detrimental work to their property's energy rating.
With future rental properties likely needing an EPC "C," our Renovation Consult service is a small investment to prevent massive losses. We offer up to 3 visits (before, during, and after) your renovation to guide you. We'll highlight the simplest, most effective ways to achieve that crucial "C" rating, aligning perfectly with your renovation goals.
Additional is our Bespoke - Bespoke is for properties that are unique, complex or where a property is exceptionally large we offer a bespoke service.
